2 Tbsp oil1 small onion diced2 cloves of garlic minced2 slices of ginger minced1 small carrot cut into thin strips1 small christophene cut into thin strips2 small sweet peppers ( red and green) cut into thin strips1 cup cabbage shredded1 tbsp sesame oil1tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp fry rice seasoning salt
Method
- Heat oil in wok. Stir fry the garlic , onion and ginger,
- Add carrots and christophene, stir fry for 1 min.
- Add sweet pepper and cabbage,
- Add sesame oil, oyster sauce and salt. Cook for 1 min.
