Stir Fried Vegetables

       


2 Tbsp oil
1 small onion diced
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 slices of ginger minced
1 small carrot cut into thin strips
1 small christophene cut into thin strips
2 small sweet peppers ( red and green) cut into thin strips
1 cup cabbage shredded
1 tbsp sesame oil
1tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fry rice seasoning salt


Method

  1. Heat oil in wok. Stir fry the garlic , onion and ginger,
  2. Add carrots and christophene, stir fry for 1 min.
  3. Add sweet pepper and cabbage,
  4. Add sesame oil, oyster sauce and salt. Cook for 1 min.
