Quick Morning Breakfast.


1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup granola
1 banana
1 tsp essence
dash of bitter bitters ( optional)
1 tbsp of lecithin powder
1 tbsp of wheatgerm ( optional)
Various ; 1 Tbsp of peanut butter, or 1/2 cup pawpaw, or 1/2  frozen strawberry or mixed fruits
